Executive Chef

Born in Fresno, California. Chef grew up in the central valley. He began culinary school in 06' and jump immediately in to the restaurant industry. Chef worked various position and restaurants locally until he found his passion for Japanese food. He was attracted to the art form and style of cooking. Chef helped open Toshiko Japanese Cuisine in November 08' working as a sushi chef. He then took over as head chef in October 10' and has been running it ever since. Chef completed his chef apprenticeship at West Hills College Lemoore. He believe that education and community involvement are very important, to the survival of locally owned businesses. He partners with Lemoore & Hanford Chambers, WHCL Culinary Department, Hanford High West Campus Internship Program just to name a few. Chef has a great passion for food.
