Jacob A. Marroquin
Ambitious 26 year old with a burning passion for food. Born and raised in Hanford California. Has started his life long journey in this industry circa 2018 by joining culinary school at West Hills College Lemoore. Spent the majority of his career working in fine dining catering and has now dove headfirst into Japanese cuisine by starting at Toshiko back in May of 2022. Started as just a line cook and has now moved his way through the ranks to restaurant manager. Jacob's hard work and ambition to never stop learning has gotten him where he is today.
